Private service: we are an independent visa assistance agency, not the Government of Mozambique. You can apply yourself at the official portal evisa.gov.mz and pay only the government fee.
Mozambique ETA & eVisa · Assistance service

Get your Mozambique entry approval sorted before you fly.

Since February 2026, most travellers need an approved ETA or eVisa before boarding — airlines now check. We review your documents, lodge your application correctly on the official system, and track it until your approval letter lands in your inbox.

How it works

Five steps from enquiry to approval letter. We handle the fiddly parts — you pack for the Bazaruto Archipelago.

STEP 1

Tell us your trip

Complete our simplified form — about 10 minutes, in plain English, with examples for every field.

STEP 2

Upload documents

Passport bio page, photo, accommodation and flight confirmations. We check every file before lodgement.

STEP 3

We fix & lodge

We correct common rejection triggers (blurry scans, mismatched dates) and lodge on the official government system.

STEP 4

We track it

You get status updates by email or WhatsApp. If immigration asks for anything more, we handle the back-and-forth.

STEP 5

Approval delivered

Your barcoded pre-authorisation letter arrives by email. Print it and present it at boarding and on arrival.

Why travellers use us instead of going direct

You can absolutely apply yourself at evisa.gov.mz — we say so at the top of every page. Here's the value we add for US$35.

🛡️ Rejection-proofing

The most common reasons applications bounce are avoidable: blurry passport scans, photos that don't meet spec, flight and hotel dates that don't match, wrong visa category. We catch these before lodgement — because government fees are non-refundable once you've paid them, a bounced DIY application is an expensive mistake.

💬 A human who answers

The official portal has no one to call when something goes wrong. With us you get email and WhatsApp support from a real person — including after approval, right up to the airport check-in desk. Reach us any time at ecmenterprisesltd@gmail.com.

📝 One simple form

The government system asks for province, district, mode-of-transport codes and more across multiple screens. Our form takes about 10 minutes in plain English, with examples for every field — we translate your answers into what the official system needs.

📡 We track the rule changes

Mozambique's entry system was suspended in 2025, relaunched in February 2026, and fees changed with it. Airlines now deny boarding without the right approval. We monitor official sources continuously so your application follows this week's rules — not last year's blog post.

🔁 We handle the back-and-forth

If immigration requests extra documents or something needs correcting, we manage the resubmission for you at no extra charge — you don't start over or decode official notification letters alone.

💰 Fair-play guarantee

Fees itemised on every screen and every receipt: government fee + US$35 service fee, nothing hidden. If we fail to lodge your application, the service fee is refunded in full. And if you'd rather apply yourself, the official portal is linked right at the top of this page.

Transparent pricing

The government fee is the same whether you use us or not — our service fee is what you pay for the pre-check, lodgement, tracking and support. Every invoice itemises both.

Frequently asked questions

No. We are an independent, privately owned assistance service. The official Government of Mozambique portal is evisa.gov.mz, where you can apply yourself and pay only the government fee. People use our service for the document pre-check, correct lodgement, tracking, and human support.
The ETA is a pre-travel authorisation for citizens of 29 visa-exempt countries (including the US, UK, Canada and most of the EU) visiting for tourism or business up to 30 days. The eVisa is a full electronic visa for everyone else — including Australians, New Zealanders and Indians — and covers stays up to 90 days. Our checker at the top of this page tells you instantly which one applies to you.
ETAs are often approved within 48 hours, which is also the minimum lead time — you must apply at least 48 hours before departure. eVisas typically take 5–9 business days. We recommend applying 2–3 weeks ahead of travel, especially in peak season.
Approval decisions are made solely by Mozambican immigration authorities — no agency can guarantee approval, and be wary of any that claims to. If a refusal happens, we help you understand the stated reasons and re-apply where viable. Government fees are non-refundable once lodged, per government policy.
Your approved application produces a pre-authorisation letter with a barcode. Print it and carry it — airlines now check for it at boarding, and border officers scan it on arrival. Keep the entry receipt you're given at the border; it can be checked when you exit.
All fees, processing times and requirements on this page were verified against official Mozambican government sources in July 2026. Entry rules change — we re-verify monthly and before lodging every application.
Email us any time at ecmenterprisesltd@gmail.com — a real person replies, usually within a few hours. Once your application is under way we can also help by WhatsApp.
