To lodge a Mozambique ETA or eVisa application on your behalf we collect the information the official government system requires:
Solely to provide the service you've asked for: reviewing your documents, lodging your application on the official Government of Mozambique portal, tracking it, communicating with you about it, and complying with our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your documents for marketing.
These providers store data on servers that may be located outside New Zealand. We choose providers with strong security practices and share only what each needs.
We keep application records and documents while your application is active and for up to 12 months after a decision, to handle follow-up questions, disputes and re-applications — then we delete uploaded documents. Payment and accounting records are kept for 7 years as required by New Zealand tax law.
Documents are stored under unguessable random identifiers, access to our systems is limited to the people who process your application, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of any breach causing serious harm, as the Privacy Act 2020 requires.
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or — once your application is complete — ask us to delete your documents early. Email ecmenterprisesltd@gmail.com and we'll respond within 20 working days. If you're unhappy with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
This site works without tracking cookies. If we later add analytics or advertising measurement, we'll update this policy and disclose it here first.
