Refund Policy

Every payment you make to us has two itemised parts: the government fee (set by Mozambican authorities, paid on your behalf at lodgement) and our US$35 service fee. They have different refund rules, because once a government fee is lodged with immigration it is non-refundable under government policy — no agency can get it back.

How to request a refund

  1. Email ecmenterprisesltd@gmail.com with your reference number (MZ-XXXXXX) and the reason.
  2. We confirm your application's status (lodged or not) within one business day.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The fine print

  • Refund timing starts when the refund is issued in Stripe; banks control the rest.
  • If a payment is disputed with your card issuer while a refund is already in progress, the refund pauses until the dispute resolves.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
