Every payment you make to us has two itemised parts: the government fee (set by Mozambican authorities, paid on your behalf at lodgement) and our US$35 service fee. They have different refund rules, because once a government fee is lodged with immigration it is non-refundable under government policy — no agency can get it back.
| Situation | Government fee | Service fee |
|---|---|---|
| You cancel before we lodge your application | Refunded in full | Refunded in full |
| We fail to lodge your application for any reason | Refunded in full | Refunded in full |
| Your documents can't pass our pre-check and you choose not to proceed | Refunded in full | Refunded in full |
| You cancel after lodgement | Non-refundable (government policy) | Non-refundable (work completed) |
| Application is refused by immigration authorities | Non-refundable (government policy) | Non-refundable — but we help you understand the refusal and assist one re-application at no extra service fee where viable |
